1. Acceptance of terms
By using UBYSSAL and placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions.
2. The service
UBYSSAL generates personalised sports posters from GPS data and race times. We offer: • Downloadable digital poster (PDF): immediate delivery. • Printed A2 poster: shipping in 3-5 business days in mainland Spain.
3. Prices and payments
Prices include VAT. Payment processed through Stripe. • Digital poster: €14.99 The applicable price is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a rule, you have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. The following legal exceptions apply to our products: Digital product (PDF): under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (art. 16m) and art. 103.m of Spanish RDL 1/2007, by expressly agreeing to immediate access and download of the file, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, which is lost once the download begins. This agreement is collected via a specific checkbox before payment. If there is a technical error on our part, we will fix it or refund the amount. Personalised printed product: under art. 16c / art. 103.c, custom-made or clearly personalised goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. If it arrives damaged or with a production error, we reprint at no cost: email hello@ubyssal.com within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the problem. Legal guarantee: these exceptions do not affect your statutory guarantee of conformity. If the product is faulty or not as described, we will respond as required by law.
5. Delivery time
3-5 business days in mainland Spain. For other destinations, delivery times may vary.
6. Intellectual property
UBYSSAL designs and software are the property of the company. Your sports activity data belongs to you.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for errors in data entered by the user. It is the user's responsibility to review the preview before confirming the order.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
