What files can I upload?
We accept .GPX files exported from Garmin Connect, Strava, Polar Flow, Suunto App, Coros and any running app.
How do I export my GPX from Strava?
Open your activity in Strava, click the three dots (...) and select 'Export GPX'. The file will download to your device.
When do I receive my printed poster?
Printed posters are shipped in 3-5 business days to mainland Spain. You will receive an email with the tracking number.
Can I see the result before paying?
Yes. You can preview the poster before confirming your order.
What paper is used for printing?
We print on 200 g/m² premium matte paper with FSC certification, with light-resistant inks. Gallery-quality finish.
What size is the poster?
The standard format is A2 (42 × 59 cm). Ideal for framing and hanging on the wall.
Can I order a poster for a race that isn't in the list?
Yes. Use the 'Upload my GPX' option and you can create a poster for any race with your own GPS file.
What if the poster arrives damaged?
Email us at hello@ubyssal.com with a photo of the problem within 7 days. We will reprint at no extra cost.
