Strava art:
your route
on the wall

Turn the GPS trace of your marathon, half marathon or trail into a designed poster with your name, finish time and bib number. Real Strava art — physical and permanent.

Every activity you log in Strava is more than data — it's the exact trace of something you did with your body. Most of those routes stay in the app, get looked at twice, and are forgotten. Strava art changes that: it turns the map of your activity into something that deserves to be on a wall.

Not a screenshot of the app. A proper poster — clean design, thoughtful typography, your personal race data — ready to print at whatever size you want.

The definitive Strava art

Featured

Your race route as a wall poster

The exact GPS trace of your marathon, half marathon or trail — turned into a designed poster with your name, finish time, bib number and date. This is what people mean when they say Strava art: the map of your activity, made into something worth hanging on the wall.

Why it matters: Not a screenshot of the app. A proper poster — clean layout, quality typography, personalised data — ready to print at A4, A3, A2 or A1. The vectorial PDF scales to any size without losing quality.

Any route, any distance

Strava art from your GPX file

If your race isn't in the catalogue, upload the GPX file exported directly from Strava. The system reads the GPS coordinates and generates the poster with your exact route. Works with any distance: 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, trail ultramarathon — or any training run.

Why it matters: Every activity you've tracked in Strava has a GPX file available. That Sunday long run, that trail you discovered on holiday — all of it can become Strava art.

Physical and lasting

Print it yourself or use a service

Ubyssal delivers a print-ready PDF. You can print it at any local print shop or use an online service like Printful, CEWE or Snapfish. For the best result, ask for 200gsm offset paper or photo paper. A2 prints cost around £8–15 at most print shops.

Why it matters: Your Strava feed shows your activity to your followers for 24 hours. A print on the wall shows it to you every day for years. That's the difference between data and Strava art.

Personalised gift for runners

Strava art as a gift

Strava art makes a gift that's impossible to replicate. To order it for someone else, you just need the race they ran, their name, and ideally their finish time and bib number. The PDF is delivered by email in minutes and you can print it yourself or order a print online.

Why it matters: There is no other gift that reflects exactly what that person experienced. No two posters are the same because no two races are the same.

Strava art — frequently asked questions

What is Strava art?

Strava art is the practice of turning the GPS route of a Strava activity — or any running app — into a visual piece. It can be a print, a poster or a framed artwork. The most common form is a poster of the route map with the runner's personalised data.

Do I need a Strava account to create a poster?

No. Ubyssal works in two ways: via the race catalogue (select your race, add your details) or via GPX upload. For the catalogue you don't need Strava at all. If you want to use a custom route, you can export the GPX from Strava, Garmin, Polar or any running app.

What file do I receive?

You receive a vectorial PDF, print-ready at any size from A4 to A0 or larger. The file is compatible with all print services including Printful, CEWE, Snapfish and local print shops. No quality loss at any size.

Can I create Strava art from a training run, not a race?

Yes. Export the GPX from any Strava activity — a training run, a trail, a cycle route — upload it and create the poster. The system reads the GPS coordinates and generates the map of your exact route.

How much does a Strava art print cost?

The digital poster from Ubyssal starts at €14.99, which includes the high-resolution PDF ready to print. Printing costs are separate and depend on the format: roughly €5 for A4 at a local shop, up to €20 for A1 at an online print service.
